WAREHOUSES CONSTRUCTIONS 3600 SQR METER FOR CALVALLEY PETROLEUM
HADRMOUT- BLOCK 9
In this project, we provided comprehensive engineering and structural design services, along with the complete execution of civil and structural works. We managed the procurement and supply processes, ensuring the selection of the appropriate materials and equipment. Finally, we conducted the installation phase, adhering to the highest engineering standards. The project was meticulously completed to meet the operational needs and objectives of Calvalley Petroleum at this critical site.

CONSTRUCTIONS OF OIL DRILLING PADS FACILITIES

Shabwah, OMV Block S2
From 2000 to 2022, we carried out site leveling, watering, and compaction to ensure ground stability and readiness for oil drilling pads. We also constructed the required cellars for drilling rigs, and we also did the installation of HDPE lining for both chemical and water pits. This work adhered to the highest standards of safety and quality, ensuring efficient operations at both Hadramout Block 9 (Calvalley) and Shabwah Block S2 (OMV).

OMV Airstrip - Block S2
Shabwah, Auqla
We supplied and installed a new steel fence with site preparation and concrete foundations. We constructed the embankment under the runway and RESA, installed 400mm steel pipe culverts, and concrete around them. The project included leveling and compacting the runway, APRON, and taxiway, and constructing the granular sub-base, base-course, and wearing course. Old runway threshold slabs were replaced with 150mm reinforced concrete slabs, and reflective white paint was applied. Wind direction indicators and the APAPI system were relocated, and the existing berm was shifted, with a new berm formed using excavated materials.

DIESEL STATION FACILITY
Shabwah, Block S2
In this project, we provided comprehensive design services for the diesel station, including detailed engineering for the infrastructure, mechanical, and electrical systems. We were responsible for all aspects of construction, from site preparation and foundation works to the complete installation of necessary equipment to ensure efficient station operation. Additionally, we managed the procurement process, ensuring the supply of high-quality materials and equipment that met international standards. Post-construction, we were in charge of maintaining the facility, offering technical support, and ensuring optimal performance throughout the two-year warranty period to guarantee smooth operations and reliability.

Safer Road Construction and Maintenance
Auqla - Block S2
In this project, we constructed and maintained a 120 km road connecting Safer to Auqla in Block S2, Shabwah. The work involved site preparation, excavation, and grading, as well as the construction of base layers using high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. Additionally, we provided regular maintenance throughout the project to ensure the road’s safety and reliable use for OMV and other road users.

Additional Skid Portable Meter
Shabwah, Aluqla, Block 4
In this project, we fabricated and installed a new portable skid structure for three additional meters, including piping, valve supports, and a grating floor. We also fabricated and installed six additional Smith meters with a complete new setup, including meter prover connections. Furthermore, we fabricated and installed an additional 4″ Smith meter with all new setups, including meter prover connections. We replaced all gate valves with globe valves in the old skid and modified the main inlet header to accommodate the new skid.

Staff Accommodation & Laundry Buildings Project - OMV Yemen

In this project, we provided comprehensive engineering and design services for staff accommodation and laundry facilities for OMV Yemen at Shabwah, Aluqla, Block S2. The project encompassed all civil works, including site preparation, excavation, and construction. We supplied high-quality materials to meet project standards and executed the electrical and instrumentation installations to ensure the buildings were fully equipped and functional, meeting the staff’s needs efficiently.

EPF1 Project - Client: OMV Yemen
Shabwah, Aluqla, Block S2
In this project, we executed several integrated tasks including the construction of pipe sleepers and vent drains, excavation, casting, and internal bus design. We also leveled, watered, and compacted the flare stack area. The scope included fabricating, welding, and installing pipe supports and U-bolts. We fabricated and welded piping spools for all equipment hookups and tie-ins, as well as installed all required instruments, tools, and materials. Finally, we conducted all necessary tests, including non-destructive testing (NDT) and a hydrostatic pressure test of up to 1500 psi.

LNG Export Terminal - Train 1
SHABWAH - BALHAF LNG PROJECT
In this project, we partnered with Gama Industry from Turkey to execute the installation works for Train 1 at the Balhaf LNG Export Terminal. Our scope included the fabrication, installation, and erection of STRUCTURAL STEEL and PIPING SYSTEMS. The work was completed to the highest industry standards, ensuring the successful operation of the LNG terminal.
